TNMP will open the program database for submissions on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 8:00 am central.

PRIOR TO THAT TIME, go into the program database and Register for an account if you are a new participant. Then add/update the site(s) you wish to submit.

On October 15, 2025 at 8:00 am central, go into the program database and click to “Submit” the site(s). 

Once sites are reviewed and contracts have been proposed, TNMP will reach out to execute the Contract Cover Sheet (attached within the Program Manual) and then schedule tests during the first two weeks of December.

TNMP requires a new Supplier Profile Form (attached) for new participants and returning participants if info has changed.
